Started out working, but then didn’t.
This item was great for the variety of ports, but the dual monitors starting flashing on and off, and sometimes would not come back at all. No updates available as far as firmware or anything to help alleviate the issue, and no troubleshooting steps helped. Returned these.

Good with one flaw
It seems as though the cord does not go entirely into the slot making it extremely easy to come out.

Very Clearly a Used Product
Now to see if it even works! Was totally surprised upon opening box to see scuffs in multiple spots and staff immediately said “Oh that’s been used before”

Mostly works, but some glitches
I’m using this to connect my Chromebook Pixel 2 (2015) to: DisplayPort to an external monitor, ethernet, audio out, USB-C power, USB-A web camera, and USB-A hub with keyboard and mouse. Phew!Almost everything works, most of the time. One exception is the web camera, which is a fairly nice Logitech model with built-in microphone. When it’s plugged directly into the laptop it works fine; but plugged into the docking station, it’s super glitchy, to the point of being unusable. The audio output gets a lot of noise from electrical cross-talk. If you listen, you can tell that the pattern in the noise corresponds to times when a lot of bits are flowing through the docking station. It bothered me enough that I now plug the audio cable directly into my laptop.Plug-n-play is hit-and-miss. About half the time, un-plugging and re-plugging things works without trouble. The other half of the time, I need to mess around a bit to get things working again. So… it gets the job done for me, with some annoyances. Fortunately, my Chromebook has plenty of ports: 2xUSB-C, 2xUSB-A, 3.5mm audio, SSD card reader. If I had a newer-model laptop with only USB-C ports — like the Pixelbook or current MacBook Pro — then I would probably return it.
