All in one headset, excellent price
I got these instead of the xp510 because of the color, blue fits with my home surround led lighting.I use these headphones for my ps3, simple bluetooth connection with the ps3Xbox 360 got a bluetooth adapter for use with the system, (found on amazon, ebay, turtlebeach website, about $30)Xbox one, with mobile cable for chatphone, making calls, hearing music or podcasts, bluetooth connection losses strength at about 20 ft, less for any walls in the way of signalI pass through my home surround system to the rf transmitter and to whichever system its hooked on, that way there is no disconnecting of optical cables for audio. the only problem is that the rf transmitter is always on even when headphones are not in use, that is the downside to having it connected to the home surround. It is your choice, I just dont like to be swapping cables. A little 411 turtle beach support is slow, no help on twitter, email message only. They sound great out the box, but if you want good surround settings and bass do this, surround angle on rf transmitter on #4 setting, download turtle beach advances sound editor, installon turtle beach website create account so that you are able to download custom sound filesyou will select your headset once complete with registration, it will offer presets availablesearch in community presets, total votes, down in the first page there is the astro a 50 master preset.I use that for my master preset with the right amount of bass, there will be some drag and drop steps to be taken, drag from your download folder to the turtlebeach/advancedsoundeditor/savedpresets folderon advanced sound editor if done right the master fil that you have downloaded or any preset should be available be it the game/chat/master drop down, click on save and it will be saved on headset.and yes the battery does last, i made it around 14 hours on full charge.overall a great headset, especially now that its about 50% of original price, worth it.

Lives up to its expectation
Well I’ve been wanting to buy this item for quite some time now! I play a lot of PS3 at home and I’m always being asked to keep the volume down especially during the late night hours. When I first received the item its unpacking was fairly simple, it had everything you need and the quick start guide will simply get you running. The only thing I’d say is missing from the guide is an overview of all the buttons and what they do, but I’m pretty sure that information is available online.Setting it up was easy as well, the voice clarity on it I do not know where to start! I haven’t fully tested the programmability of it but did try to watch a movie through my PS3 and it was very impressive! Back to my main point, the gaming aspect of the headphones.I play a lot of F1 2012 and as a formula 1 enthusiast I love to hear the noise of the F1 cars, when I tried the headset on I could hear sounds I never heard before and they sounded pretty realistic, I could even tell which direction the car behind me is coming from so it is very impressive! still have to test call of duty on it but I’m very sure its going to be great! One thing I would say was a disappointment, but it might be me who can’t configure it, is that the Bluetooth on the device does not show on the iphone device, was hoping to get it connected but its not working. A slight disadvantage here for the music lovers is not to expect too much from the headset, I listen to a lot of trance and its not the best device to listen music to…concentrate on the gaming aspect and leave the music for another time 🙂

JUNK These are……
I have a set of PX5 and XP400’s. AND NOW Returning the PX51 for the 3rd Time in 3 weeks.PX5 – they are awesome. Work great on the Xbox, Computer and his phone. Only thing missing is the rechargeable battery.XP400 – These are nice. They DO NO allow you to stream Music over Bluetooth, other then that work very nicely.PX51 – Plain and simple GARBAGE. On the Xbox, sure they sounded great for 4 days, then they died. Xbox had trouble recognizing the TB’s receiver, keep getting the sound out of the TV. On People on Mumble and Vent complain of echoing.Bluetooth through my Phone sounds good, not as good as PX5’sBluetooth on my Surface… CRAP, bad, not good.I started this review by speaking of the PX5’s so everyone new, I have used the Products before. Everything I tested on the PX51 I do on the PX5’s. Just wondering why I gave those to my Son now. They PX5’s are more comfortable on your head, and sound a lot better. TB;s does not do a lot of work with their Bluetooth, sadly. If you are ok swapping Batteries, get the PX5’s. If you want a rechargeable unit, find another brand. After dealing with Customer Service, I am done with TB. Absolutely poor poor poor Service….. Going Astro,

Muy buenos solo pequeños fallos pero valen la pena y no 100%compatible con ps4 slim por la falta de entrada de cable optico
