Worth the money!
We take this boating and it kicks! Super loud, amazing battery life, really durable. Love that it’s waterproof. Not the most amazing for rap or deep bass music but the sound is good for as loud as it is.

Battery life is amazing, it can last hours before requiring a charge. Durable, always easy to connect any device to, perfect for our pool deck, the beach, etc. I’m somewhat of an audiophile and the speaker sounds great. I cannot recommend this product enough and know we will use this for years to come.

Long lasting, throws sound well
Bought this for a pool party VRBO weekend, was a hit compared with generic JBL/Sony consumer bluetooth speakers. Throws sound with good authority from a distance. Battery lasts a long time (most of the day at mid-volume for background music at pool). Fun to float in a pool speaker-up (even a little water on the speaker will subdue the sound but it’s completely dunkable). Will be great for future pool parties and float trips. From a distance (across a yard), the 6×9 speaker has more punch and fills the air better than generic. bluetooth speakers but it’s no better for small areas or close play. I’m keeping it because it’s well made and sounds great in open areas. I had a Soundboks but returned it because it was overpowering and giant. Bought my son a Demerbox years ago which he loves and also sounds great but I thought the Turtlebox 6×9 speaker might be an advantage over twin 3″ speakers for group parties and no regrets with the Turtlebox.

By far the best portable speaker on the planet, let alone the internet. Since buying, I’ve sold at least 10-15 people into buying their own. Buy two and have an awesome backyard music experience. It honestly doesn’t make sense how loud these get.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. The one that came did not work. Contacted Amazon and it was quickly replaced. Great sound and long battery life so far.

we’ve only used it once so far. but my husband is obsessed. its got amazing sound quality, and battery life lasted really well. he’s going to be using it for a whole weekend for a bachelor party coming up – so that will really be the test. is directional sound (great for if you only want it a certain way), but you can just lie it on its back to face the speaker up to get overall sound.
