i was looking for a minky throw that had the same softness on both sides. This one fits the bill. I ordered the white and it is so pretty. I always wash fabric products as soon as I get them. This throw came with a beautiful bow around it for gift giving. I washed it on cold and dried it on low ( against instructions) and it came out beautifully. No shedding like some of the reviews. Very disappointing for a Ugg product. Although very soft, this blanket sheds more than any blanket I have ever owned, even after washing. I would not recommend this Ugg product. Also, we do not have any pets.
