Great controller for shooters
Was a little iffy about buying this controller because of some of the reviews. This controller is very lightweight I seen a lot of people saying that as a negative I actually like it more than heavier controllers I have used in the past. Really like the trigger stops it makes my reaction time a lot faster on shooters. Sometimes I will accidentally ads when Iâm not trying because it is so sensitive so took a little getting use to that. I have had problems with thrustmaster and Microsoft having stick drift very quickly. I have only been using the Victrix for a week or two but have had no drifting issues and have been able to keep deadzones on lower settings. The victrix app is kind of annoying to get use to because you have to adjust your volumes in that but not bad once you figure it out. Kontrol freaks fit good on the right stick but on the left stick I had to sand paper the plastic edges on the kontrol freak so it wouldnât rub on the victrix. Great controller so far for shooters like R6 and COD would recommend giving it a try. Possibly the best controller I have used.

A version of my daily driver with no frills
So I am a controller collector. Everything from Astro, Turtle Bea streetch, PDP, PowerA, Razer, Hex youGaming, Battle Beaver, RIG, GameSir, SMX, Gulikit, 8BitDo, to off brand white-labeled, to first party MS/SONY/Nintendo. My favorites have become those with functional back buttons with longer analog stick options have grown to be my favorite. All that being said, the PDP Vitrix series is my go to. Great price. Tons of customization options. Reliable controller. With the ability to calibrate and update firmware if necessary. This installment in the series is what I would call the ramped down version. Essentially identical to the original Gambit, but no case and only one face plate. Everything else is near identical… The button assigning process… the component swapping process… The only odd thing you will need to know about is if you are using it on a PC, you will have to hit the X/Home/middle button to power it on. I had the thing plugged in and couldn’t figure how to turn it on until I hit every button and finally realized it.HIGHLY recommend this beast of an entry level competitive controller… Especially under $75 brand new!

Great control, materials probably not so durable
Don’t get me wrong, so far the control has been incredible, however, the plastic back paddles probably don’t last if you squeeze the control while you play. The buttons position from the back paddles are well placed for small to medium size hands.

Not what it claims to be.
This controller claims it’s the fastest out there for xbox consoles but that is a false claim. This controllers input speed is outclassed by the Gamesir controller and also the victrix is more expensive and feels cheap in your hands. The plastic feels weak and cheap. 0/10 wish I never bought.

This is an amazing controller
So I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was the extra buttons are great & the feel of the controller is really good it’s durable & functions as I needed it to just note the paddles can’t be mapped to keyboard and mouse inputs like the Xbox Elite

Best aftermarket controller out there.
This thing is fantastically accurate. The customization and button mapping is usually found on controllers for three times the price. If youâre holding out and not pulling the trigger, youâre doing yourself a disservice. The only con for me is that itâs a wired controller. The long cable makes it easy to move.

Lesson learned
I wish I would have read the reviews. This Controllers plastics feel cheap and the right trigger broke 20 mins into using it. It was responsive, but the extra buttons under the controller were to easily pressed and I must have look like a fool on call of duty with my character moving around funny as a result of this buttons. Also something to note, it says the settings can be adjusted. Until you read into it deeper and find out you didn’t buy the model that can be adjusted. Live and learn

A bit pricey
Not the worst controller but it definitely doesn’t feel premium, or worthy of its price. It’s a very lightweight and cheap feeling plastic, which I guess the lightweight could be a benefit but it is an odd combination that leaves you feeling like you’re holding a controller you found in a clearance bin.I originally picked this up because my Xbox Elite controller had a notorious bumper issue but I ended up ordering a replacement board and fixing the Elite myself, rendering this thing almost entirely uses other than a backup. The Xbox navigation buttons on it are pretty awkward and when you lock the trigger range down it isn’t really doesn’t feel well defined. Also the trigger pads are wide and although I would have assumed that would make for a better experience the angle and shape of them just makes it feel bizarre. I literally had misfires not realizing I was applying pressure to the side of the triggers..Perhaps if I didn’t have the Elite controller setting the bar for comfort and layout this would have been a bit more acceptable but for the price it’s a pass, I just forgot to return it in the window of time I had so it’ll serve as a backup when the Elite is charging.

Es de muy buena calidad y funcionalidad

The Victrix Xbox controller has annoying issues with both build and functionality. The right analog stick tends to get stuck, which messes with gameplay and makes aiming feel off. The trigger stoppers donât work as they should, which is frustrating when looking for faster response times. The back paddles are crammed too close together and feel hard to press, plus the all-plastic design just feels cheap and flimsy. Using the four back paddles specifically, the bottom two feel too close to the bottom of the controller and it ends up feeling cramped and too close for anyone with medium to large-sized hands. Overall, not good for long sessionsUsing the Victrix controller felt like a downgrade, even compared to my 3-year-old Xbox Elite Series 1 controller which has pretty bad stick drift. Honestly, Iâd still rather use the Elite than this. Youâre better off saving up for a higher-quality option. That said, if youâre on a budget and specifically need a controller with four back paddles, this one could be worth considering. There arenât many controllers at this price point that offer the same features which is why Iâd give it a 2-star rating
