Good strong scent – burns slowly
I buy a lot of yankee candles. I try and find them on clearance as they are very expensive. I’m glad I found these Village candles. They seem to be of the same quality i.e. burn time but also the scent is stronger which I like. This particular candle balsam fir is wonderful. Makes the room smell like Christmas. I highly recommend and will be buying more Village candles.

It smells really good and it burns a long time. It lasted almost a month and we burn it at least 6 hours a day. Really impressed

Love Village Candles!
The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because this particular scent doesn’t seem to be as strong as others I regularly purchase. It’s a fresh, pine scent & I love the green. Burns for a long while.

Balsam Fir – fills the room
The balsam fir large jar candle is one of my favorites. I love the clean scent for fall and winter, often combined with a cinnamon-based or sweet/vanilla based scent. The combination is wonderful. These jar candles burn well, as long as you have attended candle 101 and know they must be burned long enough to prevent tunneling. I have chosen this brand for years, and I’ll buy it for years to come.

These candles are some of the best I have burned . Very little , if any , soot . The fragrance smells just as you would expect without the fake perfume smell . These candles do not give me a headache. Slightly expensive but if I cannot buy soy or beeswax candles , then this is the next best cansle

When I received them, they were in a good condition but there was a green liquid came out from the lids, it seems that it was the fir ð²âs essence (smells like one) and when I opened the lids, they smell nice like fir. They reminded me of my Yankee Candleâs smell when I opened it the first time. I am yet to try to lid them up and smell them. I hope they are better than Yankeeâs.The items arrived 4 days earlier, instead of 14 days to Singapore.

Fantastic and authentic smelling candle. It truly does feel like Christmas in July at home now. It’s got 2 wicks but we burn only one and the smell permeates the whole lounge room. Will def be buying again!
