Nice bike but
Overall, the bike looks nice. I was disappointed to find the rear was almost flat upon assembling. Also the brakes keep catching on the front tire and can’t figure out how to fix it yet. I may have to take it to a bike shop for repair which doesn’t provide much value given the cost of a NEW bike.

Broke within 5 minutes of first use
The rear sprocket on the back tire stripped out the thread where it connects to the hub of the rear tire, so the tire doesn’t move with the pedal even though the chain and everything is in tact. This happened within 5 minutes of riding this bike for the first time

Assembled and tire is wobbly

I assembled the bike and the front tire is wobbling for no reason. Reached out to seller without any response yet.Update: they tightened the seat saddle WAAAAYY too tight at the manufacturer, so I’m unable to replace the seat saddle with a comfier option. I have yet to hear back from the company.

Bike chassis is good. Stock wheels/tire are horrible
Out of the bol the front wheel was warped and required replacement. Also tire tube’s are low quality as rear tire flattened within 1 day of use. Purchased higher quality tubing, tire tread, and fixed the front wheel. Now the bike is usable.I do believe the chassis and suspension is decent. I’ve taken the bike off road on trails and it handles them well. Gear shifting is good once you figure out positioning. There is alot of rattling in the chains when the gears are slightly out of alignment. With practice you’ll find your sweet spots with the 3 front gears.Comfortable ride, excellent appearance/design, horrible stock tires. If you buy, please keep that in mind.

Customer support is amazing.
Even bike came with couple of defects, the customer support team did unbelievable job to make me happy. At the end of the day I have all I need. The bike is great for the price.I think the stronger box will solve all the issues. Again many thanks to the support team.

I DON’T USUALLY REVIEW PRODUCTS, BUT THIS ONE IS EXCEPTIONAL
This bike is remarkably well built, yet light. It had absolutely everything I have been looking for in a new bike. It is an incredible bargain. Buy it!

Mediocre quality, terrible instructions
Don’t even bother with the instructions; they are incomprehensible. Fortunately assembly wasn’t too complicated, though I had to refer to the photos on Amazon and use the zoom function to figure some things out (the diagrams in the instruction manual are useless). The front wheel is slightly bent. The sprocket guard fell off after 15 minutes or so, and of course we couldn’t find the screws, but fortunately I had replacement screws on hand. We have only had it a few days, so I cannot speak to longevity but so far it seems like a mediocre quality, entry-level mountain bike for a young and not-to-serious rider.

Heads up for any future buyers

Parents got me this bike to help me out while I moved out. Looks nice and certainly can ride smoothly when it works. The real downsides are the wheels often come damaged in some way. Plus, the seat is not comfy at all really. My back tire came with a damaged inner tube and the back assembly refuses to cooperate to come apart. Maybe my gym Performance isn’t helping me or this thing is more stubborn than a toddler. The looks definitely outweigh the usefulness of this.

Nice for the price
Sturdy bike. Easy to put together. Seat wasn’t comfortable, replaced it. Had to make a few adjustments with the spokes and brake pads. For the money, it’s a nice bike. I feel the handlebars should be designed differently, it’s hard to ride if you’re new to cycling. Not real stable.

Great but damage
The Good:Quick assembly from a person with next to no handyman experience.Easy ride for someone that hasn’t ridden a bike in a decade.Came with the tools needed and then some. The chain switches quickly with shifting.Worth the price and worth putting it together yourself. The not great:The detached front wheel was zip tied too tightly to the bike frame and the rim was bent.Maybe it was the bent rim, but getting the front brake arms aligned right was nearly impossible. The seat is very uncomfortable, after testing out how I assembled it for about ten minutes and it left my tailbone feeling sore for a few hours. It stood an inch or two taller than I was expecting and than I’d like, but it’s now awful.I’m 5’6” and straddling it I clear the frame right in front of the seat, but can only clear right behind the handlebars on my toes.

Bicycle arrived early. Assembly was no issue. The front rim is not very true. It was packaged properly. The box was not damaged. The rear rim is as true as can be.

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE
This is the worst bike ever!I already refunded it for the front wheel being damaged and warped. I tried to use it to ride around the block. Not even after a day the chain popped off, and the derailleur is rubbing on the chain no matter how I adjust it.This might be a decent gift for a 14 year old kid for his first bike, but even that is too much for this garbage product. It’s not even worth being free. The bike handles also came loose while trying to change gears that don’t shift properly!!!Not worth your time even for free…

Good bike overall – had a small problem but seller was excellent
The bike went together easily. It rides well, shifts good. The front wheel wobbled a bit but the seller was willing to send me another bike and not require I send the first one back. I told him that was unnecessary. I bought a 6 dollar spoke wrench here on Amazon and fixed it myself. I’ve never trued a bike wheel before, but it wasn’t that difficult to get it pretty close. He covered the cost of the wrench. It was a good learning experience, actually.

Not to bad
Good quality it seems like. Front tire is wobbly but you get what you pay for. Just buy another rim and you’re fine since you bought a cheap bike things like that happen. It was super easy to put together and rode pretty smooth.

Great bike but assembly was a pain
The wheel and brake went on as advertised but the left pedal came pre-stripped (photo). Instead of waiting for the vendor to send me a new pedal and crank arm I went to Home Depot and bought a set of needle files. A bit of filing later and it want on.Next the handlebars were seemingly on backwards, with the hand brakes aimed straight up. This was probably due to the need to pack the bike in a narrow box but it stymied me until I figured it out. I loosened the stem bolt, rotated the handlebars upright, and tightened it again. Even then I had to rotate the brake handles to suit my hands. More attention on the assembly line, please. And explain that in the assembly instructions. My final quibble—and it is just that—is the graphics in the assembly instructions are way too small for my aging eyes. Make them larger, please!I finally finished assembling the bike over two hours later and took it for a ride. Great bike! The derailleurs didn’t meet any adjustment and the shocks front and aft worked well, handling rocks and drop-offs. The bike itself I’d give 5 stars, but the pedal and handlebars cost it a star.

Good bike for the price.
It took me a while to assemble the bike, but part of that is my novice status–I haven’t ridden or owned a bike in decades. But I figured it out. I needed to make some spoke adjustments to the front wheel, which was slightly warped. But the spoke adjustments worked fine, and I’ve been enjoying some rides around the neighborhood. I’m just doing occasional riding to get a little cardio benefit (in my 60s). Good bike for the price.

Nice mid-grade mountain bike! Worth every penny!
I took a week to look for a bike and settled on this one. This model is a nice mid-grade mountain bike! Bike came 90% assembled. The rest took about an hour, only because I took my time with each step. Really, could have been done in 20-30 minutes. Instructing said all these other tools would be needed, however, I did it all with the tools it came with. Had to install handle-bars, peddles, seat, and front tire (No kidding, that was it!). Then adjust brakes, double check everything is properly installed and tightened, done. Not sure of exact weight but I can easily pick it up with 1 hand. Small issue, front rim looks a little (very little) warped. Not enough to notice while riding, may need spoke adjustment if I decided to be picky. Under $200 delivered, worth it and I would recommend this for any teen/ adult looking for an affordable yet highly functional bike.

missing parts
the bike came without 2lock wahers and 2 nuts to attach the front tire to the frame and I have left messages with the manufacturer to replace these parts. I do NOT want a refund and am overall happy with the bike. I had a lot of trouble navigating the Amazon customer service sight.. although I will admit that I am not very computer savvy andI am resonably sure it was user error.

Good college bike
Bought this bike for our son who is in college to help get between classes on a big campus. Honestly I bought this bike specifically because it was one of the cheaper bikes out there and he has already had a bike stolen this year. He’s had it a couple weeks now and says that this bike is better than the last one we bought, the seat is better and just has a general feel of being higher quality. This bike stays primarily outside and there hasn’t been any issues with rusting due to heavy rain.He put together the bike himself, in his dorm room with no issues, besides the brake handle set up which didn’t feel natural so he had to modify.

It hurt my ass
Be prepared to buy another seat , the one it comes with has no comfort to it . Assembly also sucks , the front tire is a nightmare to get on , youd be better off going to Walmart buying one off the rack

eh.. still not sure.
struggling to re hook up the front break. after inserting the wheel. i can not get the break to loosen up enough to connect it back into the holder. The bolt holding the break line is poor quality and one try with the tool to loosening it caused it to round off. now need to go more tools to try and loosen it to get the front break back together. Everything else seems very solid. wont be getting to ride this today like i had hoped.updateAfter going and getting the stuff to fix the break issue. its now working properly. continuing the assembly. the seat clamp doesn’t hold that well and also needed additional tightening with additional tools. Everything else over all for assembly was simple and straight forward.
