How to connectļ¼
Stereo mode
1. Open the charging case, the two earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to each other, waiting to connect to your phone. (no need to remove the earbuds from the charging case)
2. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and search for “A9”, then choose “A9”. The earbuds will connect to your phone.
Single Earbud Mode
1. Take an earbud(left/right) out of the charging case
2. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and select “A9”. The earbud will connect to your phone.
How to solve the problem of volume and charging?
Clean the charging contacts, and mesh of ear tips with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging or sound volume.
How to solve the problem with connection? Or the only one-side earbud has sound? Or two earphones can’t pair with each other? Or canāt connect to your device?
1. In the state of power on, quickly tap the āLeft or Right earbudā 5 times.
2. Delete the pairing record “A9” of the earbuds on the phone.
3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
4. After 10s, take the earbuds out of the charging case, search “A9” and pair the phone.
How to handle the situations when the earbuds drop into the water?
If the earbuds get wet, shake the water out of the earbuds, gently tap-dry each with a towel, and allow them to air dry completely, before placing them in the charging case!
*Please remove the protective films of the earbud’s charging point before using it and refer to the User Manual for all other issues.

what i call ‘seasonal’ ear buds
So I got these 1.5 years ago, got lucky I guess, but the left ear bud no longer charges. i’ve tried to clean contacts, etc but unless I press down hard on case, the ear buds do not charge.they are nice when they work..and cant really argue with $20 but you get what you pay for..

These ear buds are a very solid alternative to those white things Apple users stick in their ears. I am historically pro-over ear headphones, and, honestly, if you want true noise cancelation you probably need to get one of those. These are not the best sound you’ll find out, but it does a pretty fantastic job, especially at this price point.
