They work, they’re just not especially “ergonomic”
For a no-name brand the keyboard is pretty good, the keys are in the good middle point between mushy and overly clicky. The mouse works well but is a little small. No issues with the wireless fob and the it doesn’t expend a lot of battery power on either end.I don’t know why this is called “ergonomic,” however. Wrist rests in general are not particularly good for keyboards and this is otherwise just laid out like any other keyboard. The mouse is also not ergonomically special in any way and eventually I ended up replacing it with a trackball because I was having joint issues.

Extremely good Service
UPDATE: The store that I bought from has been extremely kind and sent me a refund for this keyboard. They have gone out of their way to make things right. I would definitely buy from them again. This keyboard and mouse did not work for very long. I would not stay linked to my computer and went thru batteries like crazy. I will not buy again.

Excellent combination
Perfect keyboard with quiet typing and large dimension. also has a place to hold your wrist, making it comfortable even for long time typing. Just plugin the usb receiver and you are ready to go, very easy to use. Black is very dirt-resistance. The mouse is also keen and ergonomic. Would recommend!

I got this and a logitech setup right around the same time. This was fine but the logitech was worth the extra couple bucks due to better quality build and performance.

Keyboard ok but mouse not working
The keyboard works ok, I have had a few issues with it adding extra letters or skipping letters, but I am waiting to see if it is just because I need to get used to using a new keyboard. The mouse is another story, it is constantly falling asleep and the only way to get it to work again is to turn it off and turn it back on. It is less than a foot away from the dongle, so I know that is not the issue. I may just buy another mouse to use instead. Frustrating!Edit: Changed to 3-star review since customer service reached out to me to help with the issue. They sent me a new keyboard and mouse.Edit 2: The new keyboard works fine but the mouse still “goes to sleep” very quickly. I am learning to work with it. Overall, I changed my review to 4 stars b/c the customer service is outstanding.

The keyboard had a lot of lag compared to a wired keyboard. The mouse was OK but also suffered from lag.

Although the design and color is very nice and clean there is a Significant delay in time between typing and appearance on screen.Numbers on the number pad constantly duplicate, and the left side control key doesn’t always work.
