Love this thing
I got this bundle of the headphones and the mixer on sale and it was well worth it. I play a lot of games that require audible attentiveness and so being able to turn down my friends on discord mid-game is a life changer. Sound quality is excellent and I love the volume control options. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their mic to XLR input. Additionally, I recently discovered that the audio Jack for the phone in the front allows you to be able to hear your phoneâs audio output through your connected headphones, which is great if youâre in between games and want to watch YouTube, but donât want to wake your spouse or roommate.

Not the best but not the worst.
I have tried quite a few XLR audio interfaces at this point and this is probably my favorite one. It doesnât have all the fancy features of the goXLR but it also isnât anywhere near the price point of a goXLR. I had a dual pc setup and this works fine with it. Took a little brain power to get them wired together but once it was up and running it was fine. I switched back to one pc and itâs even better. The ability to push a button and switch between headphones and speakers with different settings is really convenient. That being said the drawbacks arenât too bad. The voice effects are kind of lame and you only get 3. For me the other audio effects are pretty useless. If your looking for fun effects and stuff this is not for your. If you want a straightforward easy to use device then this is for you. The app could use work. But then again just about every one of these apps that these devices use sucks so itâs finding the one that sucks the least and I think this is is. Great for someone on a budget that still wants great sound quality with xlr. I have yet to find a use for the hdmi ports on the back. Would much rather have an optical cable input there instead but it is what it is. Overall great product great function.

Perfect for PS5/Gaming PC setups
First off, this mixer is SMALL, but it does the job! It works FLAWLESSLY with a condenser microphone! Has no static on PS5 and PC and the audio can be adjusted for both audio sources. Wish it had more FXs for voices, but nonetheless, it’s the perfect mixer for PS5 and PC.

For only $150, it does everything I needed it to do
After wasting money on a faulty 3rd gen Focusrite Scarlet Solo (crackling audio), I switched to the GoXLR, which then stopped receiving software updates a month later which it desperately needed more of (had a growing number of issues over time, and no software patches are coming to fix them)…What I needed was volume mixer for voice chat, Phantom Power, Mic Monitor, the ability to hear my PC and Nintendo Switch through one output at the same time, and some basic mic settings like EQ and Gate. It is also so much smaller. I got all I needed for way cheaper than I expected. The only features I lost from the GoXLR were features I didn’t use. Yet at the same time does way more than my Scarlet Solo for not much more money. I wish I found this sooner. My Mic: Shure SM7B + CloudlifterMy headset: Philips Fidelio X2

The best audio device Iâve ever had
This is it. Iâve gone through half a dozen Dacs trying to find what I want and this thing has it all. The software is great too!

Almost perfect
I really wanted to love this thing, sadly I wasn’t in the position to replace my RODE Podmic and the stereo mixer so had to return this Yamaha ZG01 due to the mic gain being too low. Similarly had to use a UE buffer jack to eliminate noise on my IEMs, but otherwise there are so many great aspects of this device. If you have a microphone with enough output gain itself, you’ll love this clean device.

Works well, Sounds good for gaming & DJ, not for classical music
I have had this around a year now and I have used it less than I thought I would. I have no complaints about the audio quality for gaming, although for music it does leave some things to be desired…. the headphones are more bass heavy and tuned for gaming rather than things like music production. However it would be fine for DJ work and such, but I thought I would use it maybe with my wifes violin practice but we haven’t used it for that.Overall it still works fine, and I would say it would be nice for someone who does gaming and streaming or DJ work but not really for a classical music use case.

Nice, but not for console live streamers.
So I love this for the ease of use and the instructional videos on YouTube. Iâm a gamer/streamer who games on my console and streams it through my PC. The problem I have is if you donât use discord to play in multiplayer games then this device wonât work for you. The HDMI cable you use for the audio and video doesnât work two ways. Audio from the ZG01 goes out to your stream, but not back to the XBox for game or party chat. So all the great sounds and audio you get from the ZGO1 in your headphones is great but not being able to talk to your teammates isnât. I wish it had a separate audio port to use, and the new generation consoles donât have a separate audio port either, so itâs not a good fit for me.
