Fresh, smells and tastes great.
Bought this brand back in Dec 2024 and use it in baking seed bread. I use a bread machine which mixes and bakes a 2 lb loaf, using a recipe from Bobs Red Mill. This seed mix is pretty complete, but I do add some extra sunflower seed, chopped pepitas, and a bit of sesame seed. Altogether I use about a cup of seed to 3 cups flour. Makes great bread without a lot of fuss. Nutty flavor and good for you too!

Fresh, Flavorful, and Well-Packed Organic Seed Blend
Iâm very impressed with the freshness of the product. Upon opening the bag, there was none of the stale, musty smell that older seeds and nuts tend to have. Instead, the aroma was fresh and inviting, with a clean, nutty scent that made it clear the seeds were of high quality.Taste-wise, itâs excellent. The blend is mostly flax seeds and sesame seeds, which are the dominant flavors. While I would have liked a more balanced ratio of the other seeds, the combination still works well. Itâs a versatile mix that Iâve enjoyed adding to smoothies and saladsPackage itâs well-sealed and the size is just right for keeping the seeds fresh. Overall, Iâm very happy with this product

Tasty, nutritious, economical
I get these to use in salads, stir fries, breads, you name it. They’re tasty, easy to eat, very nutritious, and very reasonably priced.

decent snack
decent snack, i prefer the salted but “hey”, i’m trying to do low low salt. anyway, the protein here is real big plus. just kind of leery as pollution is so bad near their origin “C”.

Tasty
Great combo and variety of mixed grains & seeds.Healthy eating, NO added junk. Great to eat as is or sprinkled on top of foods, in foods or as a breading (I add it to flour or crumbs) adds a nice flavor.Comes in a resealable 2.2 lb bag, so it’s a great size to have on hand and easy to store. These are 100% fresh and smell fresh and natural if that makes sense.

Best Seed Blend I’ve Tried
I absolutely love this blend. I don’t particularly like chia seeds on their own but in a mix like this where all the seeds are perfectly in sync, it works well for me. I like to grind it up and cook it into my oatmeal. It would be great in a smoothie as well. Chia or flax seed on their own can be heavy, so the balance of all the seeds is great. I’m not one to grab a handful of seeds and snack on them.I often make homemade granola so I am going to use these whole in the next batch I make….., my birds absolutely love this sprinkled on their pellets and other food.If you are a baker and looking for a vegan egg substitute, you can use this as well since it has the chia and the flax in it……overall it’s just a great product and the price point is on point.

Truly fabulous – seeded crackers. homemade!
So, who doesn’t love a nutritionally dense food (cracker) to accompany your seasonal soup or salad? Dipped in a little hummus, the bomb! (Hummus not necessary though, I flavored my crackers with Braggs multi season) Anyway, less than 2 Tbsp, of EVO to make a batch of crackers, using 1/2 cup of these seeds, yielding approximately 2 boxes of typical grocery store seeded crackers. Not only was the math on this incredible, but the nutrition was over the top. It’s my new ‘fiberous’ go to for nibbling anytime. I can’t make them often enough, they are delicious!

I love, love, love these!
I have been dieting and found that adding chia seeds to my protein drink is a good alternative meal or snack for me. These seeds are a perfect mix of chia and others to give my protein pudding some crunch and great flavor. I just add a tblsp or 2 to a cup of protein shake, stir well and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Stir again before eating, add more protein shake if too thick and enjoy. Filling , healthy and just enough crunch. Iâm losing weight at a good healthy pace and so glad I found these!
