Bought this some time ago, and I’ve since bought a ‘longer’ version.They’re both very, very sturdy-your mic is not going to fall over unless its ridiculously heavy, I think.I use(d) it with my snowball ICE. Worked fine.Just be sure to put a thick cloth or something between your desk and the clamp, so that it doesn’t leave marks.

Flexible yes but boy will it will hold position! I have it mounted to a light metal frame desk with a glass top and I believe I would crack the desktop (that’s lasted over ten years of regular work use) if I grabbed the mic end and tried to pull it towards me without holding the base. I would be difficult to bend into the shape shown. It will hold up my outstreched hand with no problem. Not for you if you want something that is easy to bend while holding a regular shure 58 sized mic.

Durable mic stand.
So I have tried out a few other mic stands in the past but all of them broke. Normally it is due to the weight of my mic or poor quality of materials. When I chose this I felt like for the price I will try it. Boy was I surprised when I got this in the mail a few days later. It is super easy to put together and it is super rigid. It holds my mic wonderfully. There is no drooping or slowly go to a rest position like I got with the other mic stands in the past. It can move around with ease but still maintaining the position of the mic. I use this for work and I am super happy about it.If I was going to be a tiny bit critical. The mic holder that comes with this did not work with my mic. Thankfully I had one from a previous mic stand that worked great.Keep in mind this is not a long mic stand at all. So if you need something to go across your desk you may be disappointed with this one.

It is WAY too short compared to the images. It’s maybe half the actual length shown, and the snake but doesn’t even screw into its own base properly meaning mine was actual junk that can’t be used.Needless to say, I’m returning it.

Ok my pictures are dark and terrible. But I love this stand. The bottom is a lot harder to bend. Thereâs two separate parts you can bend and the middle is unbendable. I wish the full thing was bendable but it helps it stay sturdy. I use a very heavy studio microphone for singing. And it holds it up perfectly which other arms did not. I am very excited about it.Also I do want to say what amazing customer service I received from Ann. My package was missing a part so I was unable to use it and she mailed me a brand new one right away. I absolutely love it and appreciate the amazing customer service. Thanks Ann!

I love this table microphone holder!It is very sturdy, the microphone wont even budge. One important thing tho, the littlemetallic that screws in, was very useful to install an other kind of microphone which was fitting into the microphone i had. Both were compatible due to that little piece.
