I bought these of my new restaurant that I opened in April, they started rusting after the first time we washed them. I’ve had to throw more than half of them away!

I don’t know what I am going to do with 100 steak knives. Probably use some, give some to my children and store the rest for when I might need more.These knives are surprisingly lightweight but they are nice and sharp. Each blade has a cardboard type cover of it and each knife is individually wrapped with a skinny and long plastic sleeve.They cut well and come clean easily. I read in the description to dry the water off the blade so they won’t rust. That’s a sure key that they will rust! I have been drying mine off every time but that’s not very convenient. If a different person is doing the dishes, they may not know that if they don’t dry them that they will rust. I can see many problems with that. Now, If you do dishes like I did when I was younger, one person wash the dishes and another person dry and put them away, that would work.
