Clever Idea & Good Implementation
I was frustrated with the hole placement on my previous traditional buckle belts. Sometimes I would have to cut a hole to get the right placement and that would start to fail after enough wear and tear. This seemed like the solution and I’m glad I tried it. There are a wide range of belts without buckles and I went for the mid-range price point, which was this belt.cannot be certain the durability is a 5/5 because I’ve only had the belt for a few days at this point. The construction and material appear to be solid and durable, but time will tell so consider the durability score an estimate based on design and materials as this was delivered.I really like the style and fit. As designed this is a very easy belt to use and gives a high degree of flexibility in sizing. I liked that the belt could be trimmed because I bought a range that was a bit long, but was easily adjusted thru the trimming process (basically you just cut on one of the pre-formed cut lines – household scissors did the job). I think it’s a bit thicker than my previous belts but fits thru typical business casual belt loops without issue. The buckle is more substantial than I had thought based on the pictures and that’s great.

This ratchet style belt is fantastic. No more making new holes in belts, you can make it as tight or as loose as you like. I doubt I’ll got back to buckle and hole type belt again. Highly recommend.
